Alpha Marine is situated in 10 acres serene atmosphere among the paddy fields of Gandavaram village in Nellore. It was started in May 2014 and its operations commenced on June 2016. It is close to the national highway 16 and nearly 80 km away from the port of Krishnapatnam in AP. It is widely known for its hatchery named ‘Alpha Hatchery’ in the vicinity of Nellore on the East Coast of Andhra Pradesh.
Sudhakar, a well educated, big hearted, soft spoken, 22-year experienced by an aqua culturist and hatchery owner turned shrimp processor. He is instinctively prone to embracing opportunities with an open mind. He is not one to be forgotten when any one gets familiar with him.
The plant is approved by EIC (Approval No.1869) for export overseas, except for Russian Federation and Australia and the Green Ticket is obtained for USA exports in 2017.
The company has also been facilitated by BRC, Halal and BAP certifications to respectively export to various counties. The plant processes fresh raw frozen shrimp, including HLSO, EZPL, PUD, PD and PD Tail-on shrimp. Its main focus is on exacting quality control.
